We care about cybersecurity. That is why we do not exchange any confidential data through e-mail but through a secured online data storage service from the Swiss company pCloud. We extend this to communication with PCB manufacturers and EMS as well.
Synchronization Capability with Cadence OrCAD Capture
We can synchronize your OrCAD Capture schematic with our Xpedition/PADS Professional Layout.
All you have to do is provide us with your pst*.dat files. If you update your schematic, simply send us the new pst*.dat files. And in the event a backward annotation be required we will supply you with a *.swap file.
Project Migration
Be it for the upgrade of an old project or to trust us to place & route from your new schematic, we are used to import from many EDA vendors.
Altium Designer back & forth migration
If you work with Altium Designer you can even import our Xpedition/PADS Pro Layout back to Altium with the Xpedition File Importer available from the Altium Import Wizard.
As with any other EDA tool, you can provide us with either just a schematic or a full schematic & layout source project to work with.
Mixed-flow migration
Maintenance of legacy designs may prove challenging when you don’t own the original tools anymore.
Sometimes you’ve even lost the schematic but have to modify the PCB layout nonetheless.
We’ve successfully imported such projects as mixed-flow OrCAD Capture schematic/PADS PowerPCB or standalone .pcb file from PADS PowerPCB 2007.
